Companies House
During the year a Limited Company or Limited Liability Partnership has to file various documents with Companies House. We can do this on your behalf, normally we will include this in your fixed monthly fee.
Once you are signed up with us we will schedule the dates of your annual return and accounts filing deadlines and then we make will make it our responsibility for these to be filed on time.
Company Formation
If you are starting as a brand-new Limited Company then we take care of registering the company with Companies House and HMRC. By using our formation service we guarantee your company will be registered in the correct way, meaning it avoids problems arising in the future.
Registered Office Service
This is an optional, complimentary, service that allows you to use our office address as the address linked to your company. This is particularly valuable to those that work from home as it means your work-related correspondence is kept separate from your personal mail. It also means that we can deal with any post on your behalf.
Annual filing requirements
We will ensure your company records are kept up to date and, using our electronic scheduling system, ensure that you never miss a deadline.
Company closure
If you wish to close your dormant company (with no current liabilities) we can do all the paperwork for you. If the company you wish to close is still trading or has outstanding liabilities then we will work with you and your Insolvency Practitioner to close the company in the most tax-efficient manner.
